WakeMed Cross Country

WakeMed is home to the Nike National Cross Country National Championship qualifier, ACC Championships, Great American XC Festival, adidas XC challenge, and plenty more spectacular races! Not only have elite high school runners raced here, top professionals like Ryan Hill, Craig Engels, Drew Hunter, and Shannon Rowbury have all made their mark on this course!

During the fall season cross country is at its peak in Cary! Every October and November thousands upon thousands of athletes make their way to Cary for some of the fastest and most exciting racing in the entire country!
